Well,I only made one pull on the dyno,and had a head gasket let go..I can tell you that it makes awesome power,and it hard to beat that lope..

I loved my F13. I made 390 cam only with a mail-order tune. and numbers in sig with heads and 90/90. Easy to drive and pulled like a *****. I still have and it's for sale, if you're interested PM for details.

Both grinds are very good, I would say just toss a coin, but then again I went with the F13. See sig for relative numbers.
