Default Need help with clanking sound!!

Ok I go the track with my brother and make some decent runs and my best was 12.6 at 114. Anyway we are on the road after leaving the track and I notice my car is making a ticking/clanking sound from 2000 RPMs and above. The oil pressure is the same as usual 40 psi at idle and more when I give it gas. I took the valve covers off because it sound like it was a loose rocker but it wasn't. Can anyone give me some input of what they think it could be?

Did you miss shift at the track? If you did you might have bent a pushrod. I Would take out the Pr and roll them on a nice flat surface, like a piece of glass. If the bind up at all they are bent. This is a common pob in the LS1.
