Which longblock has the best heads?

Which longblock has the best heads? Looking at these 2 longblocks, and will go for the one with the best heads and swap in the cam I favor.
From a 2002 WS6, 35k miles includes 224/228 camshaft and ARE ported heads, made 412rwhp (M6) before it was pulled.
From a 1999 C5, 8k miles! includes LPE hand ported heads and I suspect a LPE GT2-3 cam dynoed 370rwhp through auto.
Im not looking at the power they made since my cam will be different and a different set up so I need yall to help me decide which one has the best heads on it!
