Motor started right up, running lean and misfire.

Motor started right up, running lean and misfire. The 408 started right up, but I am getting a few codes now after it has idled for a short while. I am getting p0171 and p0174(lean left and right banks) as well as multiple random misfires.
Any reasons for this? Any easy fixes like a bad ground or something? As for the lean, it may be that the 31lb injectors simply arent enough, even while idling. I planned on upgrading them before I got too heavy on the throttle, but I assumed they are enough to idle well enough.

PS: Think its safe to drive around the block for a few minutes?
