Who to use?

Who to use? I'm extremely picky with my SS, especially after putting 15k into her paint and body. (Yeah yeah, but lets not get off topic here.) I'm looking at the APS TT kit now. I have 94k miles on my original engine, and have been thinking about upgrading for a while.
So, I'm thinking I MIGHT order this TT kit, and have the car shipped to a builder, and have them build the engine, install it, with the TT kit, and get it tuned and dyno'd.
SO, who would you guys trust with your baby? I'm working out of country right now, or I'd do most of the work myself. IF I decide to ship her, it will be via closed carrier.

I'd like to hear any and all experiences you guys have had with everybody. Dissassembled is a buddy of mine, and had a GREAT experience with HPE, so they are high in the runnings. Another buddy is running an MTI motor in his Z06 and seems to be happy with it.
