More runner and cam?

More runner and cam? Iv got a few questions about the Vindicator cam and Trick Flow heads, iv emailed Vengence 2 days ago but they havent gotten back to me.
There is also a possibility of my motor build becoming a stroker ranging from 370 to 408, how would the Trick Flow heads performe? Would they become a restriction? AFR recomends the 225cc for 396-427 so is it correct to assume 215cc would be in my range?
Would the Vindictor cam (240/244, .603/.596 112+4 LSA) be enough cam for a larger than stock cube motor, lets say up to 408 cubes? Im looking for lot of power but I dont want it all up top, a nice torque curve would be nice, car is a 6 speed and will be daily driven. i know drivability varies from person to person but I want the thing to make the most power it can but be able to idle and be driven daily with out over heating ect.
