CheaTR and 383?

CheaTR and 383? Hey guys just a quick question that I've been wondering about...How would the cheaTR cam do with AFR's and a 383?...Would the extra cubes help it much?...Or would this be a bad combo all together?...I've seen the cheaTR seems to average about 390RWHP or so on stock manifolds and stock short block, any idea how it would do with the additional cubes?...

it would do ok but it wouldnt be an optimized setup and leaving alot on the table as a 383 can take more cam and your gonna need a good exahust/intake setup for the 383 to breathe anyway . the cheTR is more desigened to be used with manifolds/not as free flow exhuast setups

Find Tony's 383 thread, and read test 1 with the 383 (or if you read engine masters its one page 46 of the winter 06 issue) that seems to be exactly what your looking for.
