Default cam degree and power

Please elaborate on how well your cam worked with respect to ground in advance or dialed in advance.

IE, cam is advance -2, 0, 2, 4,6,8 degrees. Which do you think worked the best and with which heads?

In general advancing the cam moves the power band down in the rpm band and retarding the cam moves the power band up....in general.

do you know if the stock 02 ls6 cam has advance ground in? The theory is really not new to me, but there is still the unknown of which cams are actually working the best and how they are setup and with which heads.
