I'm no expert on this topic but did you take the heads off? if so then you might as well flycut and use some cometic .040 gasket to bump the compression up and tighten up the quench. I'm doing a H/C swap now with a Torquer 2 on a 112+2 and heads milled to 60cc with the above gasket, I measured and cut .080 on the intake.
Look at it this way you'll know that you can install a bigger duration cam if you want to because you flycut.

How did you measure your clearance? If you used clay, then I'd say flycut. According to Tony Mamo from AFR, you can add about .015 on to the measurements you get when using the dial indicator method because of the lack of pressure you get from the checking springs.

.050 is the tightest i go, unless it's my motor and i'm driving.

Hey buddy
If you were using the dial indicator then I'd say you're good, and IIRC you are cam only, so you are good to go, just break in the springs and retire your current set of rear tires

If you already pulled the heads, have a 5 angle valve job done, mill the heads and use a .040 Cometic gasket, that cam wants more compression then the stock head and gasket, and the valve job helps flow a little bit, you can skip it if you're low on money.

Talk to you later

That seems to concur with X3 112 clearances.
.070 intake would be OK if and only if you have a stout valvetrain that is dead on in geometry and valve control. If you are confident about that area, you are good to go.

I'm sure you measured thes clearances cold, so hot they will be tighter.
a .060 intake notch (nickle depth) with .040 gasket would be beneficial though. It is up to you to decide.
