Default Where to get oil pump O-Ring?

I found the part number for the O-ring that goes on the pickup tube for the oil pump. It is GM part number 12557752. I called my local dealer and asked if they could order it for me, and he says you have to order them in sets of 5, and for 5 of them it would be over $30! Since I only need one, I am not paying $30 for a stupid little rubber band. Is this something you can get a replacement for at a hardware or plumbing store? Or do I dare to reuse my original one? Anyone???

Thunder has them in stock and you can purchase them individually.

I would call a dealer that has them in stock. I had my local dealer do the search for me. I found a dealer 25 miles away and it was only $3.11 by the way it was from a cadillac dealer
