Default Clearance issues

if my heads are milled .018 and i have a cam that specs out at 235/240 600/609 will i run into clearance issues

Depends.

How far are your pistons out of the hole?
What head gasket are you using?
Do your pistons have flycuts in them?

What is the LSA/ICL of cam, What valves are you running
Need more info.

stock everything(block valve dia push rod length ect.) 111 lsa stock LS6 valve
