Question Best cam for my upgrade???

Ok, I need to choose a new cam for my setup. I'm running 5.7 ls1 241 heads with the patriot dual gold springs, 2.02 and 1.57 valves, valve drop is .105 and .135, and they are milled .030. These flow extremely well! I am running the 90/90 and nearly all bolt-ons. I have 42lb. injectors but I will be downsizing and a tci 3500 which I will might trade out as well. I might run a dry 150 or less shot. I currently have a comp 222/222 so I want to go bigger but remain streetable. Looking for usable power not just peak #'s! Need major help and feedback please! I am seriously considering all of these but all suggestions are welcomed! If you don't think one will fit, speak up. Also looking for opinions on lobe seperation. Thanks! Chris

I just wanted to throw another option out there for ya. VHP 049 Cam: 228/232 .600/.600 112lsa 68*overlap 290/294 Advertised Dur. This is the cam that I am going to go with. I believe its also the Crane 1449601 cam. Suppost to provide awesome "under the curve" power as well as peak numbers. I swear I saw where this cam made in the 420rwhp range on a 241 head car M6 with all the usual bolt ons. Not to mention it should be pretty easy to tune and you've already got the springs to handle .600 lift. The thing with Vinci cams is that their advertised duration is at .004 lift, where comp is at .006 I think.

Like I said its the route that I am going to go when I get the cash.

the 049 would be a good choice. i'm running 099 in my motor. the 100 is the same, but with .600 lift, instead of .551.

230/XFI LOBE AND 238/XER LOBE, IS THAT WHAT YOU MEAN PREDATOR, OR JUST EITHER LOBE DESIGN? JUST CURIOUS.
MY VOTE: CRANE 232/236 .600/.600 112+4 (HR5 LOBES)
232/236 .624/.590 112+4 (LSHS LOBES)
AND YES, YOU WILL NEED THE 42 POUNDERS.

also, I may try and stay within 4 degrees after talking to the head shop due to my flow info. That narrows it down a bit more!
