Hammer Cam
They are a bunch of stand up folks, for sure. Great power on stock heads, excellent power on ported ones. It is their "C1" cam.
The cam install kit is available from Thunder, also on the right. It had a front crank seal, water pump gaskets. timing cover gasket, crank bolt, valve cover gaskets, etc.
Shorty headers will be better than none at all, but the longer the tube, generally the better the gain higher in the RPM band. Shorties tend to make up the torque down low.
What else? I used Comp 918 springs, stock 7.4" hardened pushrods and the "772" titanium retainers, which you don't really need but I used anyway. Every little bit helps, right?

Hope you like lope!! If you're driving an A4 car, you may want to consider a 114 LSA over a 112; It'll idle better. If you have an M6, enjoy the sweet music!
