well b4 you do a cam do all your bolt ons. that should be your starting point. if you do a cam first it will suck b/c you have no supporting mods to help it out. also when you do a cam you dont need to do internals.
The most popular 'streetable' cam would be a 224/224 
you need to do a lot more before you even bother asking this. you need all supporting mdos tos tart with. lid/intake/exhaust/catback the works
