spring seats
8 intake and 8 exhaust valves
4 freeze out plugs
intake and exhaust valve seals
springs
retainers
locks
valve lapp, or full valve job
Before you install them, have the decks checked or send them out to your local machine shop for a mill clean up on them, there a little warped right out of the box brand new. They flow about 30-35 more cfm's than your current heads now.
