I'm finishing up a cam install tonight with new valve spring and new seals. This will probably sound dumb and I think I know the answer but what the hell. When standing on the drivers side of the car looking at the engine, which valve is intake, and which is exhaust? I'm guessing the valve on the left of each cylinder is the intake and the valve on the right is exhaust. Am I correct? Obviously the same layout would carry over to the other side. Thank in advance.

 

The exhaust valve is the first one on the passenger side haed.
