cam question
is it possible to have a nice size cam sound exactly like an stock ls1 cam cause im not really into the choppyness sound at all but i wanna produce a lil more power any suggestions

Yes. A higher LSA will make it sound smoother. Stock is something like 119 lsa. The cam Im running is a 112 lsa. def a choppier idle, but not that bad, its only a tr224 and man does it sound good.
You should look at cams with a 114 lsa or higher for that tamer idle.

I know MTI and TSP both has a sleeper cam they sell. MTI call thiers the "Stealth Cam ". They have 2 types . The one I like is the Stealth 1 cam , 220/220 .581/.581 115or 116 lsa . They have a Vette on their website idleing with this cam in it. This may be a baby cam to some ,but with the right set-up ,I'm sure this cam can run some solid mid-11's and still have the stealthness that I think you want.
