Default A miss and a tick!

I can hear a tick at idle and a miss as well. Is it possible that I have a bad spring or bent pushrod? All of my plugs and wires are new (what a pain in the ***), I'm pretty sure it is not electrical. I also get a backfire occasionaly on start up. This is my third set of plugs, so I'm pretty sure it isn't a cracked insulator. The srpings and pushrods are stock. Thanks

figure out what side of the engine its coming on then pull the valve cover and inspect the springs if it isnt the springs then start pulling pushrods....i broke one clean in half a year or so ago...pulled it out put a new one in and it fired right up

Pretty sure it's the driver side. I think I'm gonna dry dock the Z and send the 4.8's to TEA. I'll just get better pushrods and springs as well. I guess this was the excuse I was looking for. Thanks

BTW That Z of yours sure is purdy
