Default Head question???

I have the car in my sig which is a TRex cam only car. I recently purchased a dual stage NX MAF kit for the car, but now I am thinking about selling the kit and getting a set of heads to stay NA. I have been thinking about staying NA for bracket racing and because nitrous refills has gotten so high around here (5.51lb). I am thinking either an LS6 style head or a 5.3 head to boost compression. Which direction do you guys think would be a better direction with the setup I currently have? From what I have heard a 150 shot is the max effective shot you can use on the TRex cam and I currently have a 5k stall which would have to be tightened up to use the spray. I am trying to run class that runs 6.5x's and my best so far has been a 6.99, although the car has a 6.8x in it. Would the heads put me where I need to be in that class? If so, I think I will sell the nitrous kit and get a set of heads instead.

well, I would go with the arf 205,or 225's, with the rex, the 5.3 liter would really be better option if you were going to keep the spray, I would keep both, but I like speed. Also try the internal section the is a bunch of posts on heads right now.

With T-Rex the only heads to run are 243s stage 1 (stock valved) unmilled and with stock thickness gasket. (unless you want to flycut)
Aftermarket castings such as AFR 205s and ETP will fit but are more $$$$
