A few words of clarification on the following matter, below is a copy of a pm that was sent to us by Kyle. As a company, we do not like to see any of our customers have any issue, however it can happen from time to time.

They started it up and it made a terrible racket and bent 2 push rods. They took off the 1.8 rockers and installed new pushrods. It sounds fine but has no power. Do we need a different length pushrod? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Below is a copy of the pm we sent to Kyle this morning.

We never like to hear that a customer has any type of issue. In this case some of the information you have gotten may be misleading. We have never had "common occurrences" of seats coming out of our heads. In this case, this set of heads were new GM heads with seats installed by GM, not us. Another thing we noticed was the difference in the two accounts of this issue. The account you included in this pm is different than the one in your post. None the less, we have always worked hard to take care of any customer that has any type of issue. In this case, we had no knowledge of any issue until action had been taken to return these to the vendor you purchased them from. Any manufacturer would like to have the chance to remedy a customer issue, but they must be made aware of the problem before they can take any action. We were not notified of any problem so therefore we could not take any action.

To help you out, let us send you a new set of oem bolts and a set of Patriot Gold springs to go on your stock heads. All of course at no charge.

Gunnar is a great guy, and is the epitome of great customer service. None of this was even his fault and he is still going above and beyond. I am proud to have purchased my heads from him

Agreed. Gunnar is a great guy. He had a hand in helping Bo get my heads fixed when a machine shop cut a few seats wrong. I will be installing mine this weekend.

Gunnar,

I think that is awesome customer service. This has been a frustrating venture and that would be greatly appreciated. Thats one way to turn a unsatisfied customer into a satisfied customer.

THX,
Kyle

Patriot just made #2 in my book for customer service. SixSpeedsInc's Amber was outstanding in her help to me when I bought all my transmission parts. She even told me a few clues as to how to put it back together smoothly.

Patriot, Gunnar in particular- you have certainly earned my business in the future.
