Default Question, need some help

i have a quick question, could any internal damage(bent valve or bad lifter) cause the intake manifold pressure go up. my car is sitting at about 80-90kpa at idle. i can not find any vacuum leaks and have a new map sensor, so i am thinking it could be something internal.

I'm sure if the pressure was actually 80-90 KPA, it would not be idling. If its a known good map sensor, id suspect wiring. Might have a short. Pinched wire perhaps.
