flywheel locking tool question???

Does anyone know the part number for this tool, or where to rent or get one from. I'm doing a head and cam change.

Let me know how you make out, I am debating the exact same setup, but either the tourquer 2 or X1? Leaning towards X1, but maybe your numbers can sway me the other way?
