heads/cam nitrous ?'s i appoigize in advance for my lack of knowledge, i'm trying to learn. but i was just curous what heads/cam would you guys recommend for a streetable driver, driven everyday, but track raced a lot. plan to keep the nitrous and just get a cam that works well with it. i am aware that there are tons of variables as too which would be the best, i'm just looking for what setup you guys are running with the bottle. i hate to say it, but i'm kinda shooting for middle of the road here. dont need the cheapest but not some exotic part custom hand made. i know there are plenty of these parts out there, i just need help in researching which ones are right for me.i know nothing about this area, i can put it together,and drive the hell outta it, but unfortunitly i dont know which parts to buy

things like edit and proper valve train arent really what i need help on, more or less what size cam, and who's heads, what to look for when buying them.
thinking about MTI B1 or the Comp 216/220 114 LSA. or 224/224, am i in the right area here or way off. how much lift/duartion is too much for street use, basiclly the limit for street use, still giving great track use.

i'm was planning on running a 4.11 on 28's, but now i will have too much trap speed to avoid the 4th to 5th shift so i might have to come off the gears a little, maybe in the 3.90 range. i'l have to use the gear calc to know exactly, but i may find that 5th gear is necessary and in that case no bigger than a 4.30.
(1MEANSS)-- have you dyno'd your setup by chance?
