need help with heads
need help with heads i want to do heads but i need some advise on what would work best for me
i have a 02 firehawk with the following mods:tr220 cam
flp lts
gmmg exaust
shaner throttlebody
i'm not worried about peak hp numbers,but i would like to see 400+ with good tuning
what i want is something that works good throughout the rpms.
right now i have about $2000 to spend.and i'm leaning towards the cnc ls6 heads.they have good flow # and cost about $1000 each.
also will i need to get bigger injector or can i tune mine to work properly.

Re: need help with heads If you do LS6 heads, I belive there is around a 1200-1300 dollar core charge, so there is 3200-3300 dollar heads, I would stick with TEA's, RMS, absolute heads for examples of affordable, yet awesome performing heads.
