Will a cam affect the integrity of my engine?

is a cam or the swapping of one a risk at all is there any negatives does it take away from the engine life ?????????????????????????/ i dont know help me out please lol

Well, it depends a lot on the type of cam. If you get a lopey one, id assume you have a lot of extra vibrations. Over time, those vibrations could be bad.
You will most likely rev higher and drive crazier with a different cam (depending on stats) and higher rpm= more stress on engine.
Additionally, you could damage something if you drive with a tune that is off.
But as long as you properly install it with supporting modifications and a good tune, you should be alright.
