Default TRex and Heads

There has been a few people on here thats ran the TRex on a stock short block and a set of heads with 2.02/1.6 valves. I know that you had to fly cut, but my question is how much clearance did you start with. Im trying to see if i can mill run a .040 head gasket. Any input would be appreciated

Yes flycut is needed with 2.02/1.57
To answer your query, you can flycut deep enough to mill heads and run .040 gaskets.

.100 intake and .080 exhaust. How much you can mill will have to be mock measured.
First put the heads on unmilled with .040 (after flycut of course). Measure PTV and go from there.
