Default What pushrod length?

I have a set of FMS 7.400 pushrods but today just ordered a PatrickG reccomended cam from TR it's .230/.230 .612/.604 110+4

He suggested I use a longer pushrod to help quit the valvetrain due to a smaller base circle on my new cam. So what length is reccomended? Setup is in sig, this is with stock untouched heads. I was assuming 7.450..

Assuming a 1.450 base circle, I would go for the 7.425 pushrods. That will get you within .005 of stock preload. The 7.450 will put you well over, but probably not into the danger zone unless you went with a very thin gasket.

That is a XFI cam, 7.450 with stock thickness gasket.
