Default Wiring harness help
Will the wiring harness out of a 6.0L truck fit an LS1? Is it a direct plug in?

I am gonna have to say no, although I do not know for sure. I wouldnt think that very many wires, connectors, or pin numbers would match up very well. The length of the harness might have some surprises for you also.
