$1500-$2000 driveout??

$1500-$2000 driveout?? I have about $1800 to spend on my 00 vert a4 vette with mti ram air and corsa exhaust. I'm thinking about going with the reverse split direction cam 227 224 570 570 114 or 112 plus tuning with stock heads. Does anyone have other suggestions for a diferent cam? I'm not very knowledgable on the subject but I do know that I want to gain as many hp as possible with my budget. Re: $1500-$2000 driveout?? There are so many good cams out there, it is so hard to decide. There is not a single best cam, they are all so good. Really, you just have to read as much as you can, roll the dice and just pick one. The cam you mentioned would be a great choice. With stock heads you don't need any more lift than that.

Re: $1500-$2000 driveout?? That cam with a set of TPIS headers should get the car going quick. However, unless you install the cam yourself you're not going to get both for under $1800.
If $1500-2000 is all you have, do headers first and then save up for the cam/springs/etc.
