Is 400BHP a possible goal......

Is a stock Ls1 with a slp airbox, k&N air filter, slp smooth bellows, slp maf, slp ls6 intake manifold, Pacesetter LT headers, TSP ory pipe, and magnaflow exhaust system, and a hypertech or hptuners program possibly able to hit the 400 bhp mark or is a cam or N20 a must, anybody on here dynoed with these bolt ons and been in the area?

I don't think your going to hit 400whp with bolt ons. A cam would definately get the job done though and the nitrous is a no brainer.

with those mods 330-345 rwhp is around the norm with an m6. are you asking about rwhp or bhp,flywheel hp ?

i'm asking for base hp, i realize that in order to attain 400 rwhp a cam or nitrous is a no-brainer.

then yes, 400 at the flywheel could be possible with some good tuning. msot people make about 350ish rwhp with full bolt ons

Yeah, that should be pretty easily attainable. And for the record, someone has hit 400 rwhp stock internals, but they had every exotic bolton imaginable.
