whats the difference in weight of the lsx block and a ls6 block?

225 lbs is what GM has listed for the LSX block and around 90 lbs for the aluminum LS6 I think

so around 135 lbs more?

I'd add 135 lbs to my car anyday for well over 135 more ft/lbs though

I'd sacrafice the spoiler... it doesn't do much anyway...

oh, I have a friend that did that w/ some other weight reductions and I can live w/ it on a track only car
