LS6 LS2 parts compatibility

Hey guys,

I'm new here and seem to not be able to find what I'm looking for. I searched on the topic and had no luck. Maybe I'm using the wrong keywords or something.

I was looking to see about the LS2 timing chain and the ported LS2 oil pump. I have an 02 Z06 and am doing a cam swap in a few weeks. I plan on switching out the pump/timing chain while I'm in there so I don't have to do go in again. I was wondering if these are direct bolt-ons for the LS6?

If you know or have a link for me that would be great.

Sorry if this is a redundant post.

I know the chain is compatible. I put one in when I did my cam also

^correct, the LS2 timing chain will work but I am not sure about the LS2 oil pump, I would bet that it is the same as the LS6 oil pump, so why not just get a ported LS6 pump anyways?
