stock 5.3L heads

what would these do for me besides raise compression? Do they flow as good as the 241's? would getting them ported do anything? What about valve size?

raise compression and lower airflow. the 5.3 heads have a 1.88 intake valve and smaller runners. the 241 have 2.00 valves. yes, porting will do wonders.
