What is the difference between LS1 and LS6 intake?

Default What is the difference between LS1 and LS6 intake?

Just as the title says, "what's the difference?" How can you tell them apart?

The LS6 has a flat belly, the LS1 has a concave belly. The LS6 flows better and gives more power.

Part numbers are different also. Like i said though the belly is the difference and it is highly visible.

I think the LS6 intake doesn't have EGR provisions....

pretty sure the vette ls1 intakes didn't either though.. and you can get an slp ls6 intake with the egr provisions.
