i bought a mild cam for a 99 M6 SS with 35K miles on the car

CAM SPECS:
Gross Valve Lift : .538 / .538
Duration @ .006 Tappet Lift : 281 / 281
Duration @ .050 : 228 / 228
Lobe Lift : .3170 / .3170
Lobe Separation : 114.0

what kind of valvetrain upgrades am i looking at?
