4.8liter modification suggestions Hey guys,
My buddy has a 4.8L 2003 Chevy Silverado and is looking at doing mods for more power. So far he has a catback exhaust and an intake. He was looking at doing computer tuning, but I'm skeptical on what kind of gains he'd see. What are the best bang for buck mods for the 4.8?

same as any car...
get it to breath better
add more fuel
intake and exhaust
high lift rockers
ported heads
bigger cam
tuning on any car is worth it, they are tuned so mediocre from the factory..its pathetic

no, they are tuned so they work in florida and alaska, africa and indonesia.
Go nitrous. Biggest bang for the buck, and no one can argue with that.
