Default ok dammit, now what....

...how long will the "diesl" sound last. i forgot to saok the lifters and thought they would pump up on thir own after i fired it up.well now i have a powerstroke sound. will it go away, after a few hrs, days, weeks?.....

which lifters? I used the crane lifters and still have the powerstroke sound after 20k.

According to crane cams you are not supposed to soak the lifters over night. Check out their website.n Maybe ask them a ? about your problem.
