Lifter difference Comp Cams

CC offer's 2 types of lifters for ls1 that are HYD rollers. one is said to be a replace set and the other is called comp R what is the difference between these and is it worth it to go with the more expensive R's??

I think the R's will have to have an ajustable rocker set.
