Hey guys..

Im thinking about swapping my ls1 for an ls6..

I have a 2000 z28.. I was wondering if I would need a new wiring harness, or need a new computer?

I got a REALLY good deal on a low mileage ls6.....

I just want to make sure its nothing more than plug and play....

Also will all the parts on my ls1 swap over to the ls6 (Acc. and such.) also fuel injectors and what not!

seems like a headache and $$ spend for no reason except 30 more hp??

i mean you already have a sts kit why the change for the ls6?

 

he is right why not going to a bigger set up ?

 

Why not put a 370 or a 402 in?

 

I didnt think about it only being a few HP difference.... NEVER MIND!

thats what i'm thinking of a combination of a turbo and a 402 will be great !

 

how much for the ls6 and how many miles?

 

3000 bucks and its got 24000 miles

 

for 3000 you could get a budget iron 402 or 408 stroker.
