Default Head and Cam Question

I'm looking at doing a head/cam swap on my truck and was just looking for some help and info. I have a stock pair of 241's and was wondering if getting them milled and ported would bump the c/r and help flow. I've been looking at a tr220/220 cam and was wondering how well that would work with a stock tranny?

Milling them will bump the CR no doubt. I don't have all the specs of the cam so I can't calculate the CR for you. Milling them won't affect flow though.

I'd like to get the compression around 10.5 or 10.75.
Anyone know how much i'd have to mill them to achieve this and would i have any p/v issues?
