Default Bottom End Questions

i need to know if a 6.0 out of a truck will bolt up to all the top end parts on my ls1???? have a bad bottom end and need a quick fix.....unless anyone has a block for sale!!!!?????

Yeah everything will work. Just use the f-body assesories, balancer, and water pump. You will have to drill and tap a hole for your alternator bracket, but thats it. (truck alt. is on TOP of the motor)

So It Will Mount Up Fine With My T56 And Stock Mounting Hardware?...just Have To Get A Pilot Bearing

i just got done doing a ls1 to a lq4 swap. i had to change the oil pressure sensor, drill and tap a hole for the alternator bracket, and put the ls1 t56 flywheel on. other than that is was pretty simple. ohhh and this was is a 88 firebird formula.... our motor was a 04 6.0L we got from Truck parts unlimited. PM me if you have more questions.

we do have the ls1 that had a slight rod knock when hott....

Ya Mine Has A Spun Bearing So I Need A Solid Bottom End To Add All My Parts To.......thanks Though....will Prob Hit You Up When In The Middle Of The Swap
