not really a need of one.

pull the stock rockers off, remove the pedestal mount, mount and torque the new rockers down.

then there is no writeup neccessary. Just bolt them on to 22 ft/lbs, and use red locktite.

" pull the stock rockers off, remove the pedestal mount, mount and torque the new rockers down."

If they are Harland Sharp modified stock rockers, you need to leave the pedestal in. Just put the new rockers on, put locktite under the washer head and torque to 22 ft/lbs. The HS modified rockers come with a hex bolt head so you'll need that in a socket. I don't recall the exact hex size but buy a small kit with several sizes. Take the bolt to the store if you need to.

^Thats the perfect write-up.

It's really not hard. You just gotta get in there and do it.

Yeah, they come with their own pedestal for each rocker. After I did it a time or two on my car, I can have the valve covers off and the rockers off in less than 20 minutes on a cool engine. And I still have the factory located coils. Not hard at all. One word of advise though is to get a 3/8 torque. wrench if you don't already have one. An adapter and the proper size allen head socket make it hard on the number 7 cylinder. Good luck and hope this helps!

In my case I used the HS 1.8's and had to use a shorter pushrod (7.350 vs. 7.400). Check the pushrod length - the motor barely ran with a 7.4 pushrod (no compression).
Call the tech line at Harland Sharp - they explained the whole pedestal thing to me.
