Diamond Pro select rings....top ring????

Diamond Pro select rings....top ring???? The oil control rings and second ring went on without a hitch. The top ring has no markings top or bottom and rings usually have a dot showing top. Can the top ring be installed either way?

Re: Diamond Pro select rings....top ring???? It should have some kind of marking on it for up, if not, Look for a beveled lip on the inside of the ring,install it bevel down or call Chris tommorow. Best I can do for you right now.

Re: Diamond Pro select rings....top ring???? Thx joe, just called Chris, top ring can be installed either way, 2nd ring as usual gets the dot facing up and the oil control rings installed normal.
