ARP crank bolt torque specs?
You will follow the procedure until the new bolt is installed including installation of the damper, use old bolt to seat, then take measurement.
Then, the torque is 190 lb-ft with ARP lube on the threads and under the washer for the ARP bolt. If you follow OEM you will break the bolt.

Pull the oem bolt down to 240, remove it and then torque ARP to 190 with blue loctite on the threads. I do not have any moly based grease will a standard high pressure temp grease like mystic jt-6 work as well. I am just getting back to it now.
