im planing on buying some 243 heads and i was wonder what cam should i get to go with them i want to get over the 400 mark

depends on your tranny. plenty of m6 cars hit 400 with cam only. if youre an a4, u can hit 400 with a nice set of heads and a mid size cam (224-228).

ask JPH, he's done several #243 head/cam combos that run hard. he can point you in the right direction for cam specs.

also im looking for a cam that well not cause valve to piston problems and i have a 4l60e a4
