Default Anyone with Torquer 3 and milled LS6 Heads?

I am going to go with a Torquer 3, 231/234 .643"/.598" 111 LSA and port the stock LS6 heads, and my question is how much can i mill the heads?
Since i am going to have the heads out i want to get them milled a bit, and i will me using the GM mls head gasket.
Or can some one point me in the right direction as to how to measure the PTV so that i can mill the heads accordingly.
Will using clay on the pistion give me an accurate result due to the fact that the head gasket will get compressed?
Sorry for all the question just want to make sure it gets done right the first time. Thanks in advance for any help.
Any comments on the setup are welcome.

I am putting in a 228R (228/228 .588/.588) cam in, I'm having the LS6 heads milled .020. Texas Speed recommend I stay with a factor head gasket. They said I shouldn't have any problems. Give them a call or shoot them an e-mail, go to there web site for contact information.
