Default Differences between 02+ and pre 02 LS1 MAFs

I am trying to do some testing for an intake manifold design. I've got an out of system calibration for the 02+ MAF from a flow-bench, but I have a 2000 MAF out of an SS. I know that in 2002 they switched to integrate the intake air temp sensor into the MAF unit. I was hoping to see if anyone knew if that was the only change made that year, and that there wasn't a change made in the flow sensor for the actual MAF hz vs. airflow reading. This will hopefully allow me to use my '00 MAF with the '02 cal if anyone verifies that nothing has changed.

Thanks

I've read elsewhere on Tech that the output Hz reading is change by the IAT reading. Later on in the same thread, someone disputes this fact. Anyone know for sure? I've found this not to be true.
