what all is need for block prep work for a build? i'm doing a 383 eagle stroker. the block is used not new. it will be bored/honed .007" i think it is. do i need to get the mains align honed? what else is needed as in casting flash removal and from where. i tried search but it doesn't work as usual. this is my first real build so i wanna get it right the first time. i'm not gonna send it to someone to do it for me i'll never learn like that. the machine work will be done at a shop of course though.

 

somebody has to know something.
