Very wierd 02 ls1 block.

Very wierd 02 ls1 block. So im building up an ls1 out of an 02 z28. I was going to install my ls6 valley cover plate from my o1 ws6 on this motor. The only thing is i had to cut and grind off that part of the block thats on older ls1s that gets in the way of the ls6 valley plate. I thought that was only 97-00 blocks. This is an 02.
