Torquer v3 + LS6 Heads ..?!

Torquer v3 + LS6 Heads ..?! Hi all sup !!
my friend just think to upgrade his LS1 "A4" engine to be in a step up level after he did the full bolt-ons which means time to go with Heads/Cam
as i heard he would like to choose a nice package with specific amount of $$ that can reach 440+RWHP N/A to go with so he decided to pick ( Torquer v3 and LS6 HEADS "cheapper than others" ) so what do think ?! is he moving in the right way ?!
